ABOUT HILLCOFT PARK
ABOUT HILLCROFT PARK
We believe a holiday at Hillcroft Park is about more than just good service, great amenities and a wonderful setting. That’s why we’ve created a peaceful and relaxed environment where you can focus on making memories, sharing stories and enjoying precious family time.
Here at Hillcroft Park, life takes on a slower pace – a throw back to those carefree, childhood holidays. While you can connect to the world wide web while you’re with us, we’d encourage you to ditch the digital, disconnect and discover simpler pleasures like a walk up the fell, a dip in the lake followed by a family feast or a quiet pint and a breathtaking sunset to the sound of birdsong.
JOHN HEATHHillcroft Park, Owner
Together with wife, Jill, John runs Hillcroft Park. Look carefully and you'll often see him in the thick of it on the next big project - from the new shower block to the new doggy shower, John quietly drives everything forward to make sure our site goes from strength to strength.
JASON HEATHHillcroft Park, Director
Much like his father, Jason loves a good project. Whether he's shifting dirt for some new groundworks, dreaming up new additions to the outdoor space or checking in with the maintenance team, just like the rest of the Heath family - for Jason, Hillcroft Park is a shared passion and a way of life.
THE OFFICE TEAM
We are lucky enough to have dedicated and extremely hardworking office staff who work tirelessly to welcome guests and support them through their stay here. From helping you select the right pitch, hook up or lodge for your party’s requirements to suggesting things to do, places to eat and lovely walks (oh – and serving you in the shop)
THE MAINTENANCE TEAM
Our Maintenance Team are our unsung heroes. Between them, Stuart, Steve, Garry and John can be found around the site (or round the back of the offices in their workshop!) keeping Hillcroft Park in the beautifully neat and tidy state that our guests have come to expect. Under the watchful eye of owner John, they also fix hot tubs, provide emergency tent poles (and sometimes even tents!), mow the grass, shift soil and hardcore, clean windows, tend the plants and a multitude of other jobs in between. So next time you see one of them, be sure to stop and say ‘hello’ and find out what they’ve been up to!
