Set in a delightful position with views over the play park, Gainsborough 29 offers a welcoming retreat for families and pets a like for the comfort of your pets we include pet towel , bowl and treats . The Shaker-style kitchen features integrated appliances, including a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer machine, alongside a electric oven, gas five-burner hob, and extractor fan—perfect for creating family meals with ease.

The lounge is a cosy and stylish space with two freestanding two-seater sofas, providing a relaxed environment for conversation or quiet reflection.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, TV, wardrobe, and dressing table with stool, a sleek en-suite shower room with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries. The second bedroom offers 3’ twin beds with a dressing area and wardrobe, the third bedroom 2.6’ beds ,while a contemporary family shower serves the remaining guests.

Wi-Fi is available should you wish to stay connected during your stay.

There is parking for one vehicle at this lodge.

The spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is finished in a warm colour palette and provides a comfortable setting for family time. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, built-in oven and microwave.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed ,TV and a private en-suite shower room with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries. The second bedroom offers twin 3’ single beds and has use of the family bathroom.

Sliding doors lead out onto the decking area, complete with patio furniture — the perfect spot to relax with a drink and enjoy the surrounding views after a day of exploring.

Wi-Fi is available should you wish to stay connected during your holiday.

Ullswater House

Located right in the heart of Pooley Bridge, Ullswater House offers self-catering sleeping up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms. Perfect for larger family groups, it’s a light, welcoming space literally a stone’s throw from three pubs, award-winning 1863 Restaurant and Rooms, popular Granny Dowbekin’s Tearoom, Chestnut House (the Gin Shop!) and Pooley Bridge Village Stores and Secret Garden.

The House is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The accommodation comprises:

First floor:

2 double en-suite bedrooms
1 twin en-suite bedroom
1 family en-suite bedroom (super-king, single and pull out single bed).

Ground Floor:

1 super-king en-suite (which can be made in to two singles)
1 double with family bathroom adjacent.

Spacious lounge, off the kitchen and separate dining room. Wifi. Garden area with furniture, ample parking in the grounds for several cars.

With Private Hot Tub to rear of property – robes are provided for adults only.

Cots and high chairs are available to hire.

Vogue Holiday Homes

Choose from one of three Vogue holiday homes, all tastefully decorated and designed to offer light, airy open-plan living with stylish yet comfortable interiors. The kitchen area benefits from a breakfast bar, while Velux roof windows flood the space with natural light, adding an extra sense of openness.

The lounge features a cosy fireplace with electric fire and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area. The main bedroom includes TV and en-suite shower room with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries , while the twin bedroom has use of a separate family shower room.

Doors from the living area lead out onto the decking area with patio furniture and views across the park, providing a lovely spot to unwind outdoors.

Portland Lodge

Meadowbank Cottage

Meadowbank Cottage is semi detached and located close to the entrance of the park. The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Being all on the ground floor is ideal for those who have difficulty with stairs. The cottage has central heating and comprises:

Dining and lounge area has a log burner, TV, blue ray DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The utility room houses the washer/dryer.

The Master double bedroom has a King size bed, while the twin bedroom has two 3′ beds. The family bathroom features a shower over bath, hand basin, WC and hairdryer. Bath robes and slippers are supplied for adults.

The outside seating area is a real gem, the hot tub boasts fantastic views over the fells and Ullswater. To the rear of the property there is a grassed garden area.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in this cottage.

Ullswater Lodges

Choose from a collection of seven contemporary lodge-style holiday homes, four of which are pet friendly, we provide pet towel, bowl and treats. Each lodge offers open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas that open out onto a decking area with patio furniture, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Lodges 2, 3 & 8 – are not Pet friendly

The comfortable double bedroom features an en-suite shower room with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries. While the second bedroom has 3’ twin beds and has use of a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

While all lodges share a similar layout, décor and furnishings vary between each one. Lodges 2–5 overlook the play park, making them a great choice for families. Lodges 6, 7 and 8 are set slightly further back from the road and enjoy views over a wooded area and surrounding countryside, offering a quieter and more peaceful setting within the park.
